Waterproofing Test

Each casing is submerged in water to verify perfect sealing. Any escaping air bubbles indicate a failure in assembly or gasket integrity. Waterproofing is essential to real-world longevity, especially for use in wet climates.

Drop Test

Battery packs undergo repeated drops from 1.5 m at multiple angles onto a solid cement block—from being upright to side and corner impacts—to assess mechanical robustness during shipping and in everyday use.

Cell Aging Test

All cells go through multi-cycle charge/discharge procedures simulating long-term use. This verifies:
• Capacity retention stability
• Thermal consistency
• Long-term reliability
